The company specializes in the production and sales of Pu'er tea, black tea, and green tea, and has modern tea factories that meet food production standards in the two main tea producing areas in Yunnan, Fengqing and Menghai. She graduated from the Law Department of Yunnan University of Political Science and Law and the Graduate Class of Civil and Commercial Law at Southwest University of Political Science and Law. Ruan Dianrong has served as the Deputy General Manager and Party Branch Secretary of Yunnan Zhensi Ferroalloy Mining Co., Ltd., a Sino foreign joint venture. In 1998, she was appointed as the Factory Manager and Deputy Party Secretary of Menghai Tea Factory. She was also the Chairman and General Manager of Menghai Tea Industry Co., Ltd. (now Dayi Group). She is a member of the "2011-2020 Cloud Tea Industry Development and Revitalization Plan Expert Group", a participant in the formulation of national standards for Pu'er tea, and also serves as a member of the Pu'er Tea Working Group Technical Committee of the National Tea Standardization Technical Committee.
