距离楚雄市城区不远的一处山洼里，80个新型磷酸铁锂电池仓整齐排列，40套升压变流一体机有序布局。

华能云南分公司旗下的这个储能电站，采用磷酸铁锂电池储能系统，每年充放电量2.21亿千瓦时，每年可转换绿色能源约8000万千瓦时，相当于节约标准煤约2.4万吨。

云南新能源装机超6000万千瓦，发展新型储能大有可为。永仁县致信独立储能项目，年可输送1.8亿度清洁能源电力；丘北县南方电网宝池储能站，年可调节电量5.84亿千瓦时……南方电网云南电网公司调度控制中心罗尧说，储能电站可推动“水火风光储”多种电源协同互补。

云南在多个新兴产业领域持续深耕，新产品、新业态不断涌现。

昆明培育形成化工、冶金、烟草、数字经济、生物医药5个千亿级产业链，装备制造、新材料产业链达到600亿元规模，加速向千亿级迈进。

“大量优质企业和项目的落地为新兴产业发展注入了强劲动能。”昆明市委常委、市委秘书长戴惠明说，截至今年上半年，昆明市新兴产业增加值占全市工业比重提升到27.4%；生物医药制造业产值占全省比重达到60%；新能源电池产业产值占全省比重近40%，2024年完成产值111亿元。

旅居云南，正成为一种新时尚。

曲靖的清凉，给重庆游客叶佳带来独特的夏季体验。她连续3年和父母到曲靖避暑，他们在城市公园里散步，还会到周边的山野采菌子、赏瀑布。“这里气候凉爽，风光优美，非常适合避暑旅居。”她说。

“旅居热”背后，蕴藏着房地产市场的“新暖意”。景洪市上半年销售5200多套新房，省外购房者占73%，大理、丽江、普洱等地也呈现相近趋势。

云南省住房和城乡建设厅副厅长黄媛说，云南聚焦旅居新品牌做好房地产精准营销，今年上半年省外购房者占33.5%，“住在云南”继续受到越来越多省外购房人群青睐。

促转型 “三大经济”相连成势

资源经济、园区经济、口岸经济，跑出奋进加速度。

园区经济驱动产业聚链。位于砚山县的云南绿色铝创新产业园，千亿级铝材产业集群稳步迈进。砚山县着力推动绿色铝产业一体化发展，目前已招引铝产业及配套项目28个，完成投资274亿元。

从单一集群到全域发力，集聚效应初显。2024年，云南省89个园区以全省约1%的土地面积，贡献了超20%的地区生产总值、30%的就业、40%的工业投资、60%的营业收入和近80%的规上工业总产值。

口岸经济助推开放升级。在中国面向老挝最大的国家级陆路口岸磨憨口岸，中老班列呼啸往来。今年上半年，中老铁路累计发送旅客达1007万人次，同比增长1.7%；运输货物突破1260万吨，同比增长25.9%。中越边境口岸经济按下“加速键”，河口县委书记于洋说，今年前7个月，河口口岸进出口货物货值、出入境人员同比增速均超20%。

数据见证，口岸经济稳中有进。今年上半年，云南省货物贸易进出口总值1273.9亿元，同比增长3.2%。
